If you accumulate a lot of aches and pains during your workout, you may want to have plenty of ice packs on hand. Make your own cheaply by filling a freezer bag three-quarters full of a mixture of one part rubbing alcohol and three parts water. Seal the bag, then put it inside another sealed bag. Pop it in the freezer. When cold, the pack will be soft, slushy, and comfortable.
