Some little known antioxidant sources maybe hiding in your kitchen.

Red kidney beans, artichokes, and Russet potatoes are among some of the best food sources of antioxidants, a new study determined. Antioxidants help guard against cell damage that can lead to cancer, heart disease, and aging. Sweet cherries, pinto beans, gala apples, plums, and pecans turns out to be good sources of antioxidants, too.
