You can kick up the cognitive beneits of your exercise program with a little music.

More and more research is pointing to the beneifits of exercise on the brain. Now a study suggests that you can make those benefits even more potent by listening to music while you exercise. Compared to exercise alone, exercise with music appeared to give a bigger boost to the study participants' scores on a verbal fluency test.

According to this, listening tomusic while you exercise will boodt a person's verbal ability/capacity. That effect is only mental, though. However, I know that if I listen tomusic while I exercise, I have SO MUCH MORE endurance. It's good to see you post here, HE! I've not seen your post for awhile...
