Safety Tips That Make the Grade

Back to scool means back in the car. For safer drives to every destination, keep a family first aid kit in the car and filled with these essentials:
*Sterile bandages, butterfly closures, gauze pads, band aids,and adhesive tape
*Antiseptic, thermometer and tongue depressors
*Petroleum jelly
*Cleansing agent/soap, first aid cream and moistened towelettes
*Latex gloves
*Sunscreen
*Pain relievers
*Anti-diarrhea medication, antacid and laxative
*Syrup of ipecac and activated charcoal (use only if prescribed by a doctor)
*Ice pack
*Any special medication
