Never tried Yarrow tea but will look for it in the health shop next

If you have to resort to shop bought medicines try Covonia, it tastes awful
but works, I think the night time one has knock out drops in as you get
a good nights sleep...lol

Actually i've managed to avoid it. I tried a REALLY HOT BATH. Sweating is one of the ways our bodies shed toxins. The bath took away my chill, i sweated like mad, got a good night's sleep and i felt much better.

Gheeeeee! A really hot bath? I couldn't do that, it always makes me lose conciousness.

Against the cold, try a tea of verbaine(against fever)lavender (against pain and cold shivers) and thyme (to soothe the cough). Drink with honey or lemon juice.

You can take the same mixture and inhale the steam arising from it.

Under your pillow, a sachet filled with dried lavender and thyme and grated cedar wood.
