Hello again,
Does anyone have a suggestion on the best way to lose a couple of pounds fast? I would like to drop 10 or 20 pounds at least before my birthday on March 17th and I don't know exactly how to do it. Any info and/or help would be much appreciated.
thanks,
Josh

Wink Weight Loss

Hi Scottishkid,

Im not sure how much youll exactly be able to lose by your birthday. I think if you do lose a lot too quickly it can pile back on quicker. One thing I can certainly recommend is drink LOTS of water. You should be drinking at least a few pints of water a da, but aim for much more. This helps get rid of any water retention which can actually take up a few pounds as well as cleaning the system of toxins. All helping the body work more productively. Why dont you add in some serious walking or other fun excerise to help burn off those pounds.

Good Luck

Rosemary

In conjunction with exercise and a sensible eating plan add Kelp to your diet. Kelp contains iodine which can assist in speeding up a sluggish metabolism because of its effect on the Thyroid.
