Talking Not too healthy, but it works for me!!

A greasy cheese burger and some caffeine!

For those from Southern Cal...I have found that In-n-Out is the BEST for the cure!

Also, on a more practical/scientific note...

Alcohol causes your body to loose water (diuretic), and this causes most of the effects of hangovers. If one drinks water while imbibing spirit (preferable an equal or greater amount of water), and a couple glasses prior to retiring for the evening...then one will considerably decrease the severity of the hangover the following morning.

But, do not take Tylenol (acetaminophen) before bed as a preventative measure...the combined effect of alcohol and acetaminophen is TOXIC!!

Talking some advice from the witch, hehehe!

Hangover is a terrible thing, but you can cure it. Here comes help:

coriandrum tea with some lemon juice and a lot of sugar (tastes a bit rare, but it helps)

St.Mary's thistle (silybum) made in a salad or extract of it taken with a teaspoon of sugar. You can also use this artichoke juice they sell at the chemist's.

A tea of agrimonia with a lot of sugar and some lemon does not taste that bad and helps the liver to cope with the mess you made of your body. Combined with some lavender, it even lets disappear the headache.

Wormwood tea would help, too.

The most simple method is a pot of strong coffee with lemon juice and a lot of sugar.

So you see, there is no tasty cure for a hangover, you better take care not to get one, eh? You could eat fresh artichokes whilst drinking, as a sort of snack. Or you take oatcakes or shortbread - this is a good fortress, believe me: I have done this every Burns' Night for 12 years now. I always drank a lot, but never had a hangover!!!

Awwwwwwwwww! Yerk! Ouch!
A cheeseburger would make me sick for a week at least! Doesn't taste and makes me suffer!
Sorry, multiallergic!

But if it helps you, congratulations! ;0))

Sorry for what? That allergy stuff? Have learnt to live with it, though sometimes I'd like to eat some fast food, too - sometimes it smells cool!

If you need any more recommendations, feel free to ask.

All the best!
