Clan Munro
Hello to you all, I am a Munro. My mother was Jemima Nairn Munro who came to New Zealand in 1920 after serving in Queen Mary's Auxiliary Corp. My grandparents were Jemima Munro (nee Nairn) and James Munro of 52 Dalry Road, Edinburgh. My Uncle James name is on the board of rembrance in St Cuthberts church in Edinburgh, where my mother was christened.
I am trying to trace the family tree but having a dickens of a time, although I am enjoying the challenge and would welcome any information no matter what how small to help me toward my goal. |

Hallo a Mhàiri, failte gu Scotland.com.
You could try Ancestry.com - Redirect and have a poke around there. Or www.familysearch.com (mormon site, sometimes others have put up names that correspond with your ancestors) There are Scottish specific sites which others more in the know have listed here. Have a look at some of the threads. |
