Morrow/Martin Isle of Bute

Hi, I have not used a discussion forum before but I was wondering if there maybe someone who can help me.
I started researching different branches of my family tree a while ago and have been quite lucky so far.
I visited the beautiful Isle of Bute twice in the summer as part of my Honeymoon and managed to find my Great grandmothers grave 'Jessie Morrow'.
My Nan gave me some bits of information about where they lived on the Island. I managed to find some of them with the help of the locals but have been stuck with 2 places..... She can recall her mother returning to the Ilse of Bute in 1967 and moved into Stable Cottage Ascog where she died. I have a copy of the death certificate with this address on it. We visited Ascog and asked a few people but nobody had heard of 'Stable Cottage' and we can't seem to find it. The same with 'Merry Cottage' near to where her sister Ena/Enid Lived on the hill going up to Lighthouse Road.
I know that names may have changed but I would be so grateful if anyone can recall either of these places. Or if they knew of Jessie Martin and her husband John Martin. Apparently he died very young when my nan was little. Jessie remarried an Andrew Morrow.
