Hi, My name is Doris (McElwain) Law from Pennsylvania, USA I would love to corresspond with anyone having a surname related to mine, especially if you still live in Scotland. I have a family geneology book written by a cousin whom I have never met. It takes us back to the Parish of Ayrshire. I still hope that one day I will get to visit Scotland

I live in Ky. not Scotland, but am 3rd generation born in U.S. according to my great-grandfathers stories, however I do not know exactly why we are septs of clan Macbean, as we were a strong and wealthy border clan in the 1400's.
