Irving, Carruthers, Jardine, Bell

Hi I am looking for some of my family.

Janet Carruthers was the Daughter of James Carruthers of Breckonhill and Janet Schoolar.

She married Robert Irving in 1823.

They had the following Children

Jane/Jean 1826 who may have married Robert Jardine

Janet 1828 who did marry Robert Carlyle Barton (have their history)

George 1830 who did marry Thomasina Rae Her great grandmother was Elizabeth Scott and her grandmother and grandFather were Elizabeth Scott and James Scott of Carrutherstown. Goerge was my great grandfather.

Robert who came to Canada with George and married here

Mary 1934 who never married and may have been a school teacher.

Margaret 1835 Who may have married James Bell

William 1839 whose wifes name was Elizabeth and who had a daughter Janet who married a Martin. Her son Was Willie Martin who played for the Shawfield club and was reported in the paper in 1938 as the highest paid footballer in the country. Newspaper May 8, 1938.

Sarah born 1845 and Christian born in 1843.

If anyone has any information on these people I would love to have it.
