Did a search for your three Surnames in the 1881 Census. TATUM, none to be found in Scotland, many in England, the South Eastern part.
BLACKBURN, there were just 15 in the Highland Region of Scotland and 254 in the Lowlands. There were 11,000 plus in England, some were born in Ireland but the vast majority were English. AARON, There were 2 families of that name living in the whole of Scotland, they were, 23 Brown Street , Galston in Ayreshire John Aaron age 63 Cotton weaver born Sorn Ayrshire Jean P. Wife age 62 born Galston Marrion Dau age 41 Cotton weaver born Galston Jean Dau age 23 Lace darner born Newmilns David Son age 17 Lace winder born Newmilns 7 Kilnholm Street Louden Ayrshire James Aaron age 35 Powerloom weaver born Galston Agnes Wife age 34 born Louden John Son age 10 Scholar born Galston Mary Dau age 8 Scholar born Galston James Son age 2 born Galston Robert Son age 9 months born Louden. There were many Aaron's living in England
