I am looking for information on an address I found on a piece of a letter my great-grandfather sent home from Scotland when he was there visiting.
William Simpson was born in Glasgow abt. 1840. Came to America about 1864-1865. Made trips back to Glasgow. He died in New York State 1922. The address: 15 Glenpark Street, Dennistoun, Glasgow Of course, this address was written sometime back in mid to late 1800's so I am sure it is not quite the same place. I am guessing this would have been his parents home or maybe grandparents. We do not know anything about William and his life in Scotland. Can anyone help? Thanks very much! |

I did try that site but the links to the streets did not work. Nothing comes up. Do you know of a site that would have an address finder? Like here we have the White Pages to find address, phone number of someone. We can do a reverse address search and it will tell us who lives at that address. Thanks again |
