Parents

I have used Rootsweb, Ancestry.com and IGI and cannot find James Dickson parents.

I do know that he married Agnes McNair Finlayson on, 06 Sept 1822 in Barony, Lanark, Scotland. Agnes was born: 06 April 1806 in Glasgow Lanark, Scotland. I have found her parents and I also know that James and Agnes moved to Canada between 1825/1828.

I have at least 4 or 5 James Dickson's that it could be but, I have no idea which one it is, can someone help me please. It was said that he was born in the late 1790s.

James Dickson was born May 7th 1797 to John Dickson b.1755 and Janet McAllister b.1765.
