I'm no longer a vegetarian, and have never liked venison (yuck!) Charlie, I did like your idea of roast Aberdeen Angus beef meal. It sounded absolutely scrumptious. I've often heard that Scottish beef is some of the best beef in the world. You mentioned carrots slowly simmered in fresh orange and a hint of mint(?). That sounds wonderful, but do you have a recipe for it? Fresh carrots, esp. baby ones, are my favorite way to eat them, but have occasionally had cooked carrots that were actually fairly good.
