8oz.(200g.) Plain Flour
4oz.(100g.) Butter
1/2Tsp. Salt(can be omitted)
Cold Water

Oven Temp. 350 F/177 C/Gas Mark 3

Sieve flour and salt into a bowl.

Rub the butter in.

Add a little water to make firm dough.

Roll out on floured board to 1/8" thickness and cut iinto rounds.

Place on greased baking tray and bake until golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack.

These biscuits can be eaten plain or you could try spreading with
a little butter and sprinkling with caraway seeds.

If you don't know you have to ask!!!

Put the flour into the bowl, cut the butter into small pieces and then
put in bowl also, then mix together as if doing pastry.

Got it now s4e.
