4oz. Medium Oatmeal
1/2pt. Water
1/4pt. Whisky
1/4pt. Cream
2 Tblsp. Heather Honey

Soak the oatmeal in the water for one hour.

Drain off the liquid and add it to the whisky and honey.

Then add the cream.

Serve on its own or with whipped cream and a sprinkling of finely toasted oatmeal.
