Serves 4-6

1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 Avocado
2 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tblsp. Mayonaisse or Yoghurt
2 Tblsp. Grated Horseradish

Wash the lettuce and then cut into 6 wedges and then cut each across into two.
Arrange on plate with the points inwards to form a flower shape(daisy flower).

Puree the avocado with the lemon juice, mayonaisse(yoghurt)and half of the
horseradish.

Pour this mixture on the centre of the lettuce base and decorate with
the rest of the horse radish.

Chill until serving.

That does sound nice, but i would make it with a slight variation... put garlic salt in with the avocado puree, and swerve the lemon juice and horseradish.

Dont make the avocado mixture until just before you are ready to serve, though, as it will go brown (unless you use lemon juice).

It does sound better with garlic added but I know someone who would want
to add curry powder or chilli to it.
