This is one for the vegetarians out there, but can be adapted by adding meat stock cubes.

Cooking time approx.30 mins

1 Large Onion(sliced)
2 Pints Vegetable Stock
3oz. Pasta Shapes
2Tblsp. Tomato Puree
2oz. All Bran Cereal
10oz. Red Kidney Beans
4oz. Broad Beans
Salt and Pepper(optional)

Simmer the onions for about 10 minutes in the stock in a large pan.

Then add the pasta and Tomato Puree and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Then season and serve. Garnishing with parsley.
