When in Rome have the Tortufo (not sure of the spelling but phonetically o.k.) Any ideas how to make it! It is a cross between a chocolate ice cream, mousse, pudding, cheese cake frozen to die for treat!

Earl Grey Ice Cream
I know I have a recipe somewhere for Earl Grey(tea)Ice Cream
but not sure where.

I will look for it and post it later.

that would be great
I think you have to infuse the milk with the tea, but I dont know how much or how long
