I am back now, hopefully my computer is working okay.

cuisine question:

what is the recipe for squares made with chocolate and crushed digestive biscuits.
had these when on my holidays last year .......... they were great with a cuppa.

No bake chocolate squares

hello Wicker i don't know if this is what you are looking for ,but try these.
1 packet of plain biscuits digestive or same.
2 table spoons cocoa
1 cup coconut
1 tin condnced milk
Crush biscuits,add coconut and cocoa,mix well.Add condenced milk and combine well.Press mixture over base of biscuit tray and refrigerate till set.

over a low heat or in the microwave melt 60g of copha and 250g of cadbury milk chocolate stirring constantly.pour over slice refrigerate until set cut into squares. Jackie

have visitors coming from scotland this summer and am trying to find ideas for quick sweets for with their cuppa

what is copha???????????? i'm not much of a baker!!!!!!!!

is it made with sugar and condensed milk???????

do you have a recipe

or a tablet encase they get food poisoning!!!!!!HAHA

I found out what copha is.
