Another fishy one.

Thai stle mussels
48 mussels in shells
1 onion
1/4 cup sliced lemon grass
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
2 table spoons thai fish sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup shredded basil leaves.
scrub mussels and deebeard if necessary.Peel onion and chop finely.Place mussels,onion lemon grass,chilli flakes,fish sause,lime juice ,water and basil leaves in large pot.cover and cook over medium heat for five min or until mussels open.Discard any that do not open.break of the half of shell that dosen't have mussel on and discard.Serve mussels hot garnished with fresh basil.
Serves four as a starter.

Thumbs down sorry about spelling

The recipe is Thai style mussels and sorry about the spelling of sauce.
