Curried fish stew
4 skinned and boned fish fillets
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon minced chilli
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 cup fish stock
1 cup natural yoghurt
salt.
Cut fish into large chunks.Peel onion and chop finley.Crush garlic.heat oil in pot and saute onion and garlic for five min. or until clear.mix chilli,giner and tumeric together and add to pot.saute until spices smell fragrant.Add fish stock bring to boil then add fish.Simmer for ten min or until fish is cooked.Stir in yoghurt,bring to boiling point.Season with salt serve and enjoy.
