Thumbs up

This recipe makes a very light sponge cake top with cream and stawberries or fruit of your choice.
5 eggs
1 cup caster sugar
1 heaped cup custard powder
1/2 tsp of bicarb
1 tsp cream of tartar
beat eggs and sugar for ten min in electric mixer.
sieve custard powder bicarb and cream of tartar three times.
fold mixture together do not beat.
Bake in oven temp,180 for 20 min.
take out cool on wire rack.
you will need a large cake tin as the mixture is large in volume .happy baking .
