Quick Curry

[Babz]

225g.-8oz Lean Meat(cut into strips)
5ml.-1 Tsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Can Tomatoes(chopped)
30mls-2 Tblsp. Curry Sauce

Lightly brown the meat in a pan with the oil.Add the other ingredients and
cook on a high heat until meat is tender.

Thats a very quick one

You could substitute vegetables for the meat.

Garlic and herbs can also be added to give it more flavour.
