French Toast

French toast is bread dipped in a milk and egg mixture and fried in butter, nutmeg can be added to the mixture or cinnamon.
1/ Beat the egg add salt nutmeg and 1/2 cup milk.
2/ 4 sloces of white or entire wheatbread.
3/ Melt the butter in the frying pan but DO NOT brown.
4/ Dip the bread quickly in and out of the egg mix, drain a momment then fry on both sides till golden brown.

Can be served plain or with jam, honey or maple syrup etc.

Wink French Toes

Goose
With French Toes you delete the egg as it makes everything and everyone very sticky. Apply Maple syrup instead and ???.
