ahhhhhh.... if you are looking for fat free....don't look at noodle pudding recipes! But if you were to look... check out #9 !

#11 is closest, i think... but what i had was slightly sweet. It was amazingly silky, had no texture, apples, raisins, nuts, or any crunchy topping. I have one cookbook i can check later and see if that has the recipe i'm thinking of.

Thank you very much.

I'm not going to try one right away because I need to loose a little first but once things have mellowed a bit I'll try it. Probably about a month. I'll make sure to let you know what I think.

I always felt insane when i tried to restrict my calories! LOL. ...like in the old cartoons where the animal is so hungry it starts looking at everyone around it as cooked! What did work for me though was when i let myself eat as much as i wanted.... so long as it was HEALTHY food.... always healthy food first. I guess my body really did know when it needed food, it just wasn't always smart about WHAT food. Anyway, if i wanted a little cake, that was okay, but only AFTER i ate a lot of good food like vegetables, a little lean meat and whole grains or beans. Usually by the time i ate a healthy meal i didn't even want the dessert anymore, but if i had it i didn't need much of it before i felt satisfied, and i didn't feel deprived at all because i let myself eat anything, just as i said it had to be after healthy food.

I wish you luck! Are you trying to lose for any particular event?

I know exactly what you mean about feeling like a cartoon with all the food around and things. A few months ago I started eating only organic foods because I was getting migrains a lot and someone told me they cut their migrains down by 95% by avoiding foods with steriods. For the most part I just have cut my portions down and if I want 2nd's I'll get more veggies instead of something else.
I'm not really losing for an event just losing to be healthier. I started to notice that I wasn't able to do as many things as I use to be and I really didn't like that. Also I have hypertennsion and really need to take care of that.
Anyway I wanted to let you know that I didn't disapear and I'll make sure to let you know what I think of the noodle pudding.

Have a good day.
