Cool Whip is a sort of thickened, sweetened, whipped cream (artificial, not real dairy cream) but its in a tub rather than a squirtin can or a carton. It's lovely stuff!

"pudding" as they call it in America, is like... the only was i can think to describe it is like really thick Birds Custard, but thick enough to be eaten with a spoon, not poured. It comes in all different flavours (such as vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch) and over there they use it to fill dessert pies with (then put the cool whip on top!). Think thick spoonable Birds Custard, or Angel Delight without the airiness. Or like those ready made Italian desserts you can get in the supermarket chiller cabinet.. that sort of thing.

Just to let you know Crying Charlie is still alive & cicking.

I'm out and about in the snow and not at my pc.
