Breakfast

We never have a decent breakfast at our house. We are all too busy that early to stop and eat. Unless, you call a cup of coffee 'breakfast'. However, I did whine long enough this morning that my husband said for me to stay inside and he would do my chores for me.

Sometimes for dinner I will fix breakfast foods, such as: Eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, gravy, and homemade biscuits, with a fruit bowl on the side. Of course, we all go to sleep immediately after eating. I don't know what it is about this stuff, but it puts you right to sleep.

Oh no! I dont actually eat that type of breakfast myself, but thats the sort of normal breakfast you would get in a Glasgow caff if you went in and asked for a full breakfast. I am big enough,,, dont need to be adding to the bulk wiht full breakfasts!!

Morning rolls are about my speed... dont know how like they are to rowies, but the ones i like are the soft ones wiht flour on top. the other option is the hard burnt top ones that are soft inside... dont like them!

My house sounds like Sandy's. The only time breakfast foods are cooked is for supper. Our actual breakfast consists of Raisin Bran and coffee for my husband, chocolate milk for me and my son, he also has Pop Tarts and my daughter rarely has time to eat what with blow drying her hair, but if she does, it's dry cereal.

Hi T-brox, nice to see you here!

Cool

I always go for regional recipies that you don't always find in books, some one's grandmas favorite (or secret) goodies.
