Thanks for the shortbread site info! I will contact them! You can get Walkers Shortbread over here but it is staler tasting than it is tn Scotland. I guess it looses something in the translation OR because of US packing /preservitave laws maybe it changes the taste? RE snickerdoodles, you can do them without cream of tarter and they are softer and just as tasty. Really YUMMY dipped in cocoa!
