Hi Babz - thank you for inquiring about the results of the Russian Toffee. Unfortunately my Mom has not had the chance to make it yet as my father fell and broke his hip and is still in hospital. Needless to say, life has been very hectic and cooking meals has been sort of far and few between right now, never mind making toffee. Hopefully Dad is being released from hospital tomorrow and then Mom might get a few more things done although she is going to be busy too, caring for him at home - the next 3-4 months are going to especially rough going for both of them. When she does make the toffee I will make sure you are the first to know!
I will be going down to visit them more often and maybe one night the two of us will have a go making it. Have yourself a good weekend.
