Sorry I forgot to mention that the school is Greenbriar
Academy in Durham, North Carolina. Another lady on the bulletin board is from there and she said it is legitimate as it has been in the newspapers there. I sent my email to them today and received a very nice reply back moments later. Some on the board received a reply also but some didn't, but it is legit. They are Grade 3 students about 8 or 9 years of age so it is not anything illegal.
Hope some of you will help them out. All it takes is a few moments of your time and word has it they are thrilled to be hearing from people all over the world. Thanks again

Hi. Well, I've replied to your other post, and it's nice to know they're legit. But, might this not do better in a different forum - perhaps Scotland Dot C*M*on*Inn or whatever kind of keyboard soup it's spelled with? For instance, I woudn't normally see a Cuisine post and I bet there are other lazy non-cooks like me.
