Thank you Elly-May for the Russian Toffee Recipes. My Mom appreciates your help - it was so nice to be able to tell her that I got recipes for her - she was thrilled and can't wait to try them. She already went out and bought her sweetened condensed milk to make it. The second recipe you posted sounds very much like the one she's looking for but she will probably have a go at all of them.
