Another Sweet One

Puff Candy

4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons golden syrup

Put sugar and syrup in a pan and bring to the boil stirring all the time.

Boil for 8 minutes stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in the soda QUICKLY until it froths up.

Pour into greased tin and cool, when cold break into pieces and store in air tight jar.

When cold it can be dropped into melted chocolate and placed on greaseproof paper to set.
