Question

It seems a little strange to me, when reading about haggis, neeps and tatties etc. as typical Scottish fare.
Scots are just as cosmopolitan in the food they eat as anyone anywhere.....Scotlands favourite takeaway is now no longer fish and chips, but curries in the style of the Indian sub-continent.
In fact Glasgow is considered one of the leaders in this type of cuisine, outside India/Pakistan, especially Punjabi style food.
