Eeww, that's disgusting! My big aversion to Scottish food pretty much has to do with haggis because, to me, any and all organ meats are an absolute abomination.

I hope you don't live anywhere in the Middle or Deep South ! Gizzards, chitlins and dirty rice to name but a few !

Me ? I love liver, esp lambs' or calves' or even chicken.

I don't think I'll ever try intestines though. In the Philippines they have chicharon (cooked, chopped pig intestines which smell like the place of origin) and chicken intestines which they thread onto bamboo skewers, dip in marinade and then stick on the barbie.
