Got it in one Kid, but with a ring of Duchesse tattie instead of a lid and a daud of neeps in the middle. wullie.

Wullie ,
from what I have seen in the photos on the net , the filo haggis looks more like a dumpling that has been baked .

Or possibly deep fried in the manner of some dim-sum crimped parcels (eg prawn bags).

I've just look at the photo - I think they're baked right enough. Big devils - aren't they ?
