scotch pie moulds

I am trying to purchase Scotch Pie moulds, none available in Nova Scotia
Canada. Can anyone tell me where to get them?

Sorry, but not based in Canada - maybe a Canadian member might see this and reply.

There was a thread a while back regarding meat pies, including if my memory serves, mutton pies (aka as Scotch pies) - here's the thread Scottish Meat Pie recipe?

When I make water-crust mutton pies, I just use the base of a glass milk bottle - it works for me!

Do not have milk bottles here, all plastic cartons. Would a glass jam
jar do, and it so do I grease it with shortening or butter and will it
survive in the oven? Thanks

I have old moulds from an earlier generation - but at a push have used pickle jars....

You 'form' the pie shell in a mould or round a jar, remove the mould or the jar... then fill and then put into the oven.
