Simple/Easy Scotland Dish?

I'm working on a promotion for my company. The winner gets a trip to Scotland. I'm wondering what dish I can make as a pre prize before the winner is announced. I like cooking, but am looking for something simple/easy to make. Or maybe I'll just forget that idea and make a Scotland dish that is a favorite there or something. Any suggestions/recipes would be much appreciated. THANK YOU!

cranachan
Dundee cake
Tablet/Fudge
Steak pie
Rowies
Cullen Skink
Parlies
Scones
Drop scones

Stovies are also a good and quick meal, we do them a lot for Sunday evening meals if we've had our main meal at noon.

If I could get away with it, I'd live on shortbread and cranachan!
