mmmm Chicken Curry Pie sounds wonderful!

I'm sitting here eating goat milk fudge i picked up at the little orchard market the other day. If you've never tried fudge made with goat's milk, you should give it a try sometime! It's just a little different, slightly tangy, very creamy. This one is maple walnut. I don't think i've ever had straight goat's milk before.... just cheese from it. But they sell they sell goat's milk at the grocery store now (along with orange juice, LOL).

I sampled a chicken curry casserole this evening at a school potluck! Boy was it good!

Hopefully the Mom who made it will share her secrets with me.

Holly, hopefully it's not goat's milk OJ! LOL Couldn't resist!
