How do you measure dry ounces, though? This, I would assume, is a UK measurement system, which is good; however, we Americans measure dry things (flour, etc.) with cups, half-cups, teaspoons, tablespoons, etc. I would love to make this delicious-looking recipe, but how in the world would I convert it to the measuring system I'm familiar with in order to do so?
Thanks a million, in advance, and have a great day, y'all!

I measured in grams, using a set of kitchen scales.
Can't you in the US use scales? Or where it says 4 ounces, cant you use a half cup for that (since a cup is meant to be 8 ounces)? (im not very good on this kind of thing... that's why scales are a godsend to me!) Failing that, you know roughly the consistency that pancake batter is meant to be... why not just pour the stuff in till it looks/feels right?
