I would lke to purchase a all scottish cook book, where can I buy one from over there?

I don't know where you live - but Amazon have many books by Scottish chefs and cooks

Try looking for any of the following cooks

Lady Claire MacDonald
Sue Lawrence
Catherine Brown*
Nick Nairn


Catherine Brown has a book called 'Classic Scots cookery' - excellent first purchase
