I have a friend in California, and i'd like to overnight a cheesecake to them but i can't figure out how to pack it. I'd rather not freeze it if i can think of a way to pack it so it will stay in shape. Any ideas?

If it works i might even try it as a business.

Put a layer of ice in the bottom of a carry on sized cooler, cover with a thick layer of newspaper. Put the cheese cake in and pack well with packing peanuts so it won 't slide around too much. Go to the airport, hop on a plane and place the carry on cooler in the overhead compartment. (Don't tell anyone what's in it or else!) When you arrive in Calif, deliver the cheese cake, serve and share with your friends. Then detour through Oregon, deliver mine to me, share and enjoy! LOL

Sorry, this is the best I could do! heeheehee

man!!!! I'm starting to see "girl-tour" possibilities in this. Or perhaps a rolling business... I'll get an R.V. with a professional kitchen in it, drive around the country delivering fresh cheesecake with all the bells and whistles! HEY! this could work!

The whold idea behind cheesecake os that it cancles out all those nasty little calorins, worries about sugar and carbs etc.... That's why it's one of the worlds perfect foods! YUMM!

Hey Holly, call your RV Cheese Wheels! This sounds like the best idea since chocolate dip!
