Cornish pastys. Can anyone help? I tried them once, pork and apple. I would love to have that recipe.

Here's a recipe for pasties (pronounced pah stees) from a Cornish website

http://www.cornishlight.co.uk/cornish-pasty.htm

I've never bothered to make my own as I visit Cornwall regularly and eat them whilst there - but never fancy one away from the Duchy

Thanks! I'll check it out. I searched on Google for it but never came across that site and the others didn't have the pork and apple recipe. Guess I should have used Yahoo, huh

HE
What can I say? I just love to eat and cook!
I love the history and cuisine of our island(s) - and believe in the philosophy of only fresh food, cooked - in season. Works for me (even though I do know how to deep fry a Mars Bar!)
