Tried to respond to your previous thread, but for some reason it was locked!?

In Glasgow (and Edinburgh), you can get root beer at Lupe Pintos Mexican Deli in the Great Western Road.

I've also bought it on eBay.. there is a guy down in england sells it and will post it to you.

Since Irn Bru has changed its recipe, it doesnt have the same taste as it used to when I was young, and root beer may taste like hospitals, but I seem to like it..it must be the nurse in me. lol

Mmmmmmmm have never heard of that make, all I know that in Canada where I first tasted it, it was C&W (I think) the one I have is Cotters, (not soo good.) but Cream Soda, now theres a drink I DO like....lol. Yeh ages I ago I had heard that Irn Bru had changed its receipe, they were now using different water would you believe.. (English) I heard, not knowing if this was true, but read it in the Sunday Mail years ago, but I can assure ye it does taste different, also way too sugary, yeh ah used to love it, but now it just aint got the same taste. Still maybe ah should just stick to good 'ole Jack Daniels & Coke....with ice...hahahahahaha

Hello again. I think you mean A&W. That is a good one too, they make yet again a good cream soda. I was in the shop today and had a wee look at the different brands of Root Beer.....hunners! I hope that Irn Bru rumour isny true.
