Scotch tablet
Black pudding
Haggis
Highland shortcake and other delights have made me as porky as ally mccoist. Does anyone know of any low fat scotch dishes?

You must know that us Scotch people are all fat. We all stuff our face with haggis, tablet, shortbread etc...

Try oat cakes. Low fat and good for lowering choleserol. There again I like them with honey and milk???

How about some ordinary low fat dishes ??

Do they have to be Scottish as it is hard to convert to a lighter food recipe ??

Let me know asap as I only have a couple of days to find you some as am off
away for 3 weeks !!

Well, they talked about it on TV (ITV? can't remember) this morning. They explained that i.e. a Full Scottish Breakfast isn't healthy and will cause heart problems in the future. But then again, even if I die younger I enjoyed my life and my meals... go to hell with cereals and low fat products, they taste like %#@*& *g*
