i'm french and i'm trying to convince my friend that scottish food is excellent. actually i really love scotland and hope i'll be able to fly to this country soon. therefore i need something traditionnal and very good. please if you have any idea tell me.

Why don't you look back at earlier pages in this forum? There are literally hundreds of good SCottish recipes on offer (many of them courtesy of Babz!) I am sure that you can find something that even the French might think edible..
