Ai, Gicco...perdonome---I've just 'looked at' the site for your coffee, and it's beautiful! My mom's home is Cabo Rojo; I've lived there for awhile, yet I never knew about the salt mines there. I applaud your business on ya'll's efforts to conserve and protect the land...Puerto Rico is just TOO beautiful to be destroyed by careless businesses; it's reassuring to learn of one instance of trying to
minimize the effects of industry. Thank you SO MUCH for
posting this information at this site...I WILL be ordering coffee from your site. I'm serious about this request: If yu get to Cabo Rojo...look up my mother (Nidia Wiscovich) and say "Hi!"---I'm absolutely positive she'd be tickled pink for you to do that...be sure to tell her that we've communicated through Scotland.com (she thinks I'm a little crazy for doing this )---but, that's my mother! !Bueno
Suerte! (This computer does not have the punctuation marks for any language other than English---!Que Lastima!)

I AM SO TICKLED that you've posted at this site...!
