Ai, Gicco...perdonome---I've just 'looked at' the site for your coffee, and it's beautiful! My mom's home is Cabo Rojo; I've lived there for awhile, yet I never knew about the salt mines there. I applaud your business on ya'll's efforts to conserve and protect the land...Puerto Rico is just TOO beautiful to be destroyed by careless businesses; it's reassuring to learn of one instance of trying to
minimize the effects of industry. Thank you SO MUCH for

I'm serious about this request: If yu get to Cabo Rojo...look up my mother (Nidia Wiscovich) and say "Hi!"---I'm absolutely positive she'd be tickled pink for you to do that...be sure to tell her that we've communicated through Scotland.com (she thinks I'm a little crazy for doing this )---but, that's my mother! !Bueno
