here it is!

TARTUFI receipe:

4 oz. black chocolate;
2 oz. butter;
1 yolk;
1 tablespoon milk;
2 tablespoon sweet cocoa powder.

Pour some water in a double saucepan ("bain marie" technique) and bring to the boil. Then cut the chocolate into little small cubes and let them melt very slowly in the topper saucepan. Pour the milk, remove the heat and add the yolk, mixing everything well together. Remove the saucepan with the sauce and cover the top with oiled paper; when cold put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. After that make little balls with the sauce and roll them in the cocoa powder... good luck! Of course this is a simple one, but adjusting the same to your taste is simply a matter of small variations... in fact I sometimes replace the cocoa powder with coconut flour... tastes excellent, especially in summer! Let me know!

Thank you sooooo much, Lighthouse!

Truffles have always been my very favorite confection! I can't wait to try it.
